Digital Products and Services
For digital products and services:
- 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for digital products or services if you are not satisfied.
- Unused Services: Refunds are only available for unused portions of services or digital products that have not been substantially downloaded or accessed.
- Customized Solutions: Custom-developed software, websites, or digital solutions that have been created according to your specifications are not eligible for refunds unless they do not meet the agreed-upon requirements.
Physical Products
For physical products:
- 30-Day Return Period: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original packaging, in new or unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Package the item securely with the RAN clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the returned items to ensure they meet our return policy requirements.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards or promotional codes
- Downloadable software or digital content that has been accessed or downloaded
- Services that have been fully performed
- Custom-made products that have been produced according to your specifications
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
